Things to Know before Raiding with uRage

Things to know before you raid with uRage:

1) You are required to have studied boss fights prior to any new raid we are going to do.

2) You are required to have flasks/elixirs/potions/reagents/etc prior to invite time. This means if you intend to have someone in the guild make these things for you, you must arrange a time prior to invites to have them do so.

3) You are required to have ALL sockets filled, all item enchantments, and every gear slot equipped.

4) You are required to have all up to date addons. No exceptions.

5) Be aware that the Loot Master decides who gets what loot in Karazhan and ZA. In 25 man content a DKP system is implemented. Please do not argue or question the loot master as they are looking out for the good of the guild when awarding an individual with gear that drops. Gear is given on an as needed basis.

6) Listening to the Raid Leader's instructions is required at all times. During times in which instructions are given, you are not allowed to type in /raid, /general, /guild, /say, or /yell. In every instance that the raid is up against a boss, one error will wipe the group costing valuable time. Please stay focused and do not distract your guild members.

7) We will NOT pug people from outside the guild unless it is previously set up by the Raid Leader and approved by the Guild Master. If one person does not show and no one is online available to raid, the raid will be called!

8) Invites will start 15 minutes prior to Raid Time. A 5 minute warning will be given. Please be sure to be out of your groups at this time.

9) Breaks will be given throughout the raid, going afk at a time where you were not told to take a break is strictly prohibited.

10) If you do not show up for a raid you were scheduled to attend and you do not inform the Manager of Guild Scheduling before hand, you will be placed on Raid Probation. When on Raid Probation you are required to show up (meaning you will be AT the dungeon's summoning stone) five minutes early for any raids you are scheduled to attend for two weeks. If within this time you do not show up five minutes early you will be placed on Raid Restriction where you will not be allowed to Raid with the guild for two more weeks.

11) No one will insult or be negative in Raid situations. If you notice a problem please send a tell to your raid leader who will take care of the problem accordingly. Publicly humiliating a member of your guild will result in being /gkicked. No warning will be given.

12) Not following any of these rules will result in being put on Raid Probation. Please see number 10 for details.
