This is the site of Unchained Rage, an Alliance guild on the realm Quel'dorei.
A successful guild is not getting to the next dungeon.
A successful guild is getting better at the game,
Learning how to work as a team, and growing as a guild.
THAT is the goal for Unchained Rage.
- Our Fearless Leader, Gal
In Unchained Rage we have three main areas of focus:
- To ensure a friendly and fun atmosphere for all our members: We are definitely NOT a G-rated guild. We have a good time in groups and guild chat. We help each other out. We kick people that cause drama. It is this fun atmosphere that we are proud of and strive to maintain.
- Quality, not quantity: We don't intend for our guild to become huge, but if that happens, great! We do, however, intend to have the highest quality members in our guild.
- End-game progression: We've cleared Kara and have it on farm status with our main group. We've also begun learning the Zul'Aman fights with that same group. Our intent is to start with 25-man raid content as soon as we get a second Kara group geared up. You can check out the progression widget in the right-hand column of this site to see exactly where we're at.
We've gone through a number of changes as a group. Here are some highlights:
- We started as Elite Ninja Kitties, but we changed names because, well, we were the
Elite Ninja Kitties. Doesn't exactly say WTFPWNED. We started Elite Ninja Kitties in the beginning of November 2007 with six level 40-60's. We have gained members and levels since then.
- In January 2008, we attempted to merge with SnA Warlords in order to help our mutual goals for end-game progression. Unfortunately the merge didn't work out. A guild takes on the collective personalities of it's members and we felt that, through the merger, much of our personality was lost... so we regrouped.
- Currently, we are in the midst of strengthening the foundation of the guild so that we can ensure successful growth later.
- In February 2008, we successfully filled out our main Kara group. On 2/21/2008 we took down Prince and on 2/23/2008 we took down Nightbane, marking our first official Kara clear.
- In March 2008 we began learning the fights in Zul'Aman. Our first night there, 3/6/2008, we managed to down Nalorakk.
- Now that we have Kara on farm status, we want to finish gearing up our currently keyed members. We've also begun recruiting for additional Kara groups in preparation for 25-man raids.
